Additional Training Work

Approved by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and/or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, a series of eight one hour workshops specifically designed and developed for Canadian family physicians, covering such important challenges as communications and malpractice suites; effective family physician-specialist communications; understanding how to break down cultural barriers in a nation at the leading edge of diversity; communicating with aging patients and their families; more effective communications with staff and patients, and more.

Since 2001, we've been proud Associate Faculty in the Faculty of Management's Communications & Public Relations MBA program, delivering a specially designed, 12 week online course on strategic stakeholder relations. Since 2005, we're also teaching in the University's Continuing Advancement in Learning Management program, offering a Graduate Certificate diploma in Communications/Public Relations.

Since 2003, we've been delivering one of our core communications-based training programs to the Schulich Executive Education Centre management training clients, and continue to earn high feedback marks and ongoing engagement.
